Bacterial disinfection in cooling water

The cooling water is in a closed circuit with a volume of 30 m³ of water. This cooling water runs inside the casting machines and cools the newly moulded plastic items. The large Total Viable Count means a massive accumulation of biofilm inside pipes and casting machines – thus significantly reducing the cooling efficiency.
